This is what you’ll be doing as a Recruitment Consultant:
Sourcing and recruiting top talent from across the globe
Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish
Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
What we are looking for in a Recruitment Consultant:
A proven track record of success in recruitment or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
