The Role
After recently signing an exclusive RPO agreement with a multi-national organisation, Conexus are acting as the exclusive partner to hire 70+ Data & Analytics experts to join Delivery Centres in Ukraine/Poland over the next 12-18 months.
Therefore, we are currently searching for an experienced Recruiter / Account Manager / Talent Acquisition expert to support in delivering this assignment.
Your main responsibilities include:
Becoming an ambassador for our clients’ brand
Taking ownership for a large portfolio of vacancies (on average 5+ placements per month)
Arranging calls with HR and hiring managers on a weekly basis to align on current pipelines and upcoming demand.
Working with the hiring managers to create job descriptions for the open vacancies.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including creating job descriptions, identifying potential candidates, coordinating interviews, post-placement aftercare etc.
Arranging networking events to attract the best talent for our client.
Becoming a trusted advisor to all stakeholders
Ensuring that you provide a collaborative and exceptional service to all stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
2+ years of recruitment / account management / talent acquisition experience
The ability to manage a large portfolio of work.
Target driven, punctual & able to produce quality in a timebound manner.
Experience working with large corporate organisations.
International technology recruitment experience would be beneficial.
Excellent attention to detail
