Conexus is currently seeking a QA Engineer to join an emerging project on an initial 6-month contract, this project offers full remote working capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing, focusing on manual techniques to uncover hidden bugs.
- Execute APIAPI testing and automation to ensure robustness and reliability.
- Navigate the challenges of testing within a microservicemicroservice architecture, utilizingutilizing tools such as AWSAWS, CI/CD, Ruby, GitHubGitHub, Postman, and PostgresPostgres.
- Work within an Agile software development framework, including Scrum and KanbanKanban methodologies.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, adapting communication styles as needed.
Requirements:
- Several years of professional experience in Quality Assurance.
- University degree in computer science or related field.
- Proficiency in manual testing techniques with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong experience in APIAPI Testing and Automation.
- Familiarity with microservicemicroservice architecture challenges and relevant technologies (AWSAWS, CI/CD, Ruby, GitHubGitHub, etc.).
- Comfortable with Agile methodologies (Scrum, KanbanKanban).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with various audiences.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Structured mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with experienced developers.
