Conexus are partnered with an industry leading pharmaceutical company who are sourcing for an experienced TM1 Planning Analytics Developer with in-depth expertise in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1).
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in TM1 Planning Analytics and be capable of configuring, optimising, and troubleshooting complex TM1 applications.
Responsibilities:
- Configure TM1 Planning Analytics applications, models, dimensions, cubes, and rules.
- Develop and maintain business rules, calculations, and work flows within TM1.
- Customise reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to facilitate decision-making processes.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize TM1 Planning Analytics solutions to enhance performance, scalability, and usability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation to end-users and stakeholders.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product success and regularly monitor performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement.
Requested Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of TM1 Planning Analytics architecture, functionalities, and capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in TM1 application design, configuration, and optimization.
- Experience managing environments with significant change management needs and capacity to reconcile multiple change workstreams into concrete project dependencies.
- IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
