Conexus are working with a global consultancy, grow their thriving SAP Practice. I am looking for Lead consultants to work on S/4 Hana projects.
The following are the required knowledge and skills for this position:
- At least two SAP S4HANA implementation experiences, with a key skill in SAP S/4HANA PP in the process industry
- Experience in integrating interfaces, including MES integration and integration with third-party applications
- Exposure to large transformation projects, including PP object data migration experience in S/4HANA
- Preferably, domain experience, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry
- Extensive experience in integrating with other modules such as logistics, finance and controlling, supply chain, quality management, and batch management
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end business processes, including production planning, demand management, and manufacturing execution capacity management
- Over 10 years of relevant PP experience in ERP, including SAP PP implementation experience
- The ability to coach and provide detailed knowledge transfer to key business users
- Experience working effectively with the customer's departments and the ability to understand business processes and support in creating technical requirements documents
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
Preferred skills for this position include:
- S/4HANA certification
- Adequate ABAP, Fiori, and technical knowledge to coordinate better with technical teams
- Experience working with site business managers and a thorough understanding of business processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly grasp new tasks
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, including the ability to communicate at the CxO level and manage sub-contractors
- Experience in managing a service delivery organization and monitoring service level agreements
- The ability to identify additional sales potential at the customer and generate additional change requests
- Experience with standard processes such as ITIL, preferably with certification
