Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant:
As a valued member of our team, you will:
Sell Conexus & Our World-Class Services: Recruitment is a role that is all about building rapport, credibility and trust whilst selling our products & services and building new relationships
Build Strong Client Relationships: Understand and meet clients' recruitment needs and preferences.
Manage Recruitment Process: Guide the process from role qualification to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and LinkedIn, to identify and attract top talent. Thorough
Candidate Assessments: Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to ensure the right match.
Lead Generation: Contribute to the growth of Conexus by generating valuable leads.
What We Seek in a Recruitment Consultant:
We are looking for individuals with:
Demonstrable Sales Background: It doesn't have to be in IT, or only be recruitment but we want elite sales experts who are hungry to sell our services, build their brand and be an elite salesperson
Proven Recruitment Experience: A solid track record of delivering results - IT industry experience is not essential but would be a distinct benefit
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities to build and maintain relationships.
Results-driven mindset: A strong work ethic with a focus on achieving goals.
Independence and Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
