Project Overview: Join our client in developing an internal platform to accelerate software product development and delivery. Their cloud-native platform provides developers with the tools they need to build, run, and operate their software products. We are seeking a skilled Product Owner with expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to lead the IAM product line and drive its success.
Role Summary: As the Product Owner, you will define and evolve the vision, roadmap, and features of the IAM products that enable other teams to efficiently build and operate cloud-native applications on the platform. You will be responsible for integrating IAM services, managing the entire deployment process, and ensuring seamless integration with other tools and services. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to align product goals and ensure high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Product Management artifacts, including roadmaps, specifications, and feature backlogs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate product value, understand customer needs, and prioritise features.
- Lead the end-to-end management of IAM services, from infrastructure setup to deployment and integration.
- Act as the "voice of the customer" to identify and address gaps in IAM product offerings.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in delivering enterprise IAM services for cloud-native applications.
- Strong background in product management, with experience in creating product visions, roadmaps, and detailed specifications.
- Expertise in IAM, including authentication/authorisation models, identity lifecycle management, and federated identity management.
- Familiarity with Public Cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% per month to Berlin, given extra €150 for every day you are on-site.
