We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to create, own and deliver, a best in class training experience embedded into our culture where theoretical and practical learning are culturally embedded.
Your main responsibilities include:
Working with the board, you will design, implement and deliver an L&D strategy aimed at developing raw talent into experienced recruitment consultants
A hands-on role, you will be adaptive at gaining universal buy in as an encouraging and supportive influence to people new to our industry
Working with experienced recruitment consultants and management, you will actively engage with these high-performance individuals to identify improvement areas that can support their continued development
Working with line managers and department heads you will absorb feedback and work in tandem to identify and act upon weaknesses that can be turned into strengths
You will have a specific interest and responsibility on the retention of staff through methods deployed

Skills & Experience
Extensive experience within a training/L&D environment within a sales-based culture
A passion for technology and the future world of work
The ability to work autonomously in detail and to write and deliver comprehensive theoretical and on the job training/coaching
A proactive approach to identify needs and analysing performance data
A proven historical track record in international recruitment as a consultant (desirable)
Experience working with multi-national clients (desirable)
Technology recruitment experience (desirable)
Excellent communication skills
