Location: Czech Republic, Romania, Poland, Austria or Italy
Type: Full-Time | Permanent

About the Role
A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to drive transformation and innovation across its digital estate. This role is pivotal in aligning technology strategy with business goals, focusing on infrastructure, cloud platforms, storage solutions, networks, architecture-as-code, and enterprise management tools such as ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Governance

  • Champion the execution of the digital strategy across the enterprise
  • Embed enterprise architecture principles into digital governance processes

Architecture Leadership

  • Define and lead architectural governance and decision-making frameworks
  • Align technology road maps with strategic business objectives
  • Act as the bridge between solution architecture and enterprise strategy

Innovation & Delivery

  • Drive innovation across infrastructure and cloud ecosystems
  • Support business and digital leaders in translating strategy into actionable outcomes
  • Ensure architecture supports both project-driven and product-driven delivery models

Portfolio & Capability Development

  • Conduct gap analyses and develop investment road maps for infrastructure and cloud capabilities
  • Lead assessments of the current digital environment and recommend improvements
  • Implement architecture frameworks that support scalable, secure, and resilient platforms

🔹 Leadership & Governance

  • Oversee adherence to digital policies, performance metrics, and governance standards
  • Promote architecture-as-code practices and automation across infrastructure layers

Required Skills & Experience
Degree in Technology or Business (MBA preferred)
10+ years in architecture roles with a strong infrastructure/cloud focus
Proven international experience delivering across multiple geographies
Deep understanding of IT technologies, lifecycle management, and project methodologies
Proficiency in English, SAP, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow
Experience with credible architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
