We are seeking a talented and driven individual to take on the role of Digital Transformation Manager. In this position, you will play a crucial role in designing and promoting digital products and solutions, ensuring their successful implementation and adoption. You will be at the forefront of leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth and transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of various business models, customer needs, and emerging technologies to identify the most suitable strategies for leveraging data and analytics.
- Actively shape and drive organisational change by translating data strategies and frameworks into actionable initiatives. Establish suitable control KPIs to ensure the smooth execution of transformational projects.
- Collaborate closely with senior business stakeholders, cross-functional product teams, and external strategic partners to drive business development initiatives and influence decision-making processes.
- Demonstrate strong project management and leadership skills, overseeing the successful execution of transformation projects and driving cross-functional teams towards achieving project milestones and goals.
- Organise and manage steering groups at the business and executive management level, developing in-depth analyses, reports, decision papers, and actionable recommendations.
Required Skills:
- Excellent university degree, preferably in business management, statistics, analytics, or computer science.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2-3 years in data analytics, digital project management, or digital transformation.
- Exceptional team player with a hands-on mentality, demonstrating initiative and clear communication skills.
- Possesses a leadership mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical skills, and a high level of problem-solving competence.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with diverse teams and effectively communicate results and approaches to different audiences.
- Experience in working with methods to enable efficient teamwork and solutions
- Proficient oral and written communication and presentation skills in both English and German.
