Blockchain Developer - Contract
Location: Lisbon (2 days per week onsite, hybrid model)
Industry: Retail / Consumer Goods
Daily Rate: Competitive
We are building a new delivery team in Lisbon to support an exciting client project within the retail/consumer goods sector. As part of this, we're looking for two Blockchain Developers with strong Java Spring Boot expertise to join on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and implement blockchain-based applications and solutions
Develop and maintain secure, scalable code using Java Spring Boot
Integrate blockchain platforms into existing systems and applications
Collaborate with architects, front-end, and full-stack developers within the delivery team
Ensure performance, security, and reliability of blockchain solutions
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Hyperledger, or similar)
Proficiency in Java with a focus on Spring Boot
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Knowledge of smart contracts and distributed ledger technologies
Experience with databases such as MongoDB is a plus
Familiarity with Terraform or cloud infrastructure is an advantage
