Job Title: AI Solution Architect - Generative AI

Role Overview
We are seeking individuals with a strong interest in Generative AI to join a specialist team focused on designing and delivering AI-driven platforms. This team operates as a global hub, supporting clients across industries with tailored AI solutions and strategic technology guidance.
As an AI Solution Architect, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced AI systems that address complex business challenges. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to create scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical designs
- Build and deploy AI platforms using modern tools and frameworks
- Lead or contribute to solution architecture, ensuring alignment with best practices and client goals
- Support the integration of Generative AI into existing systems and workflows
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Contribute to the development of ethical and responsible AI practices
Required Skills & Experience
- Postgraduate qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems, including deployment and optimisation
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, R)
- Familiarity with AI libraries and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain)
- Understanding of data architecture and vector databases
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Desirable Attributes
- Experience leading technical teams or projects (required for senior roles only)
- Fluency in English; additional fluency in Dutch is advantageous
