Matthew is responsible for the continued advancement of Learning & Development activities at Conexus, as well as overseeing all of our internal systems. He operates our Academy Training programme in our specially-designed training facility, currently comprising over 50 modules, to ensure our consultants are the best they can be.
Matthew ensures Conexus have a finger on the pulse when reacting to changes in the market and that the experience provided by our consultants is world-class.
