With over 225 entries received from organisations across the UK, competition to be named a Finalist proved to be very tough.
With our lead purpose across the business being “connecting our universe” this has quickly become one of our USPs with clients. Due to our work with technology companies on ‘green-field’ projects, we've now been nominated as Technology Recruitment Agency of the Year. Our green-field projects are when we’ve helped clients expand their global reach by working as their sole partner in setting up and launching new tech hubs in different regions. We have created international hubs in places such as Madrid, Warsaw, and other locations in Eastern Europe.

Connor Wall founded Conexus DX with the goal to create a global, future thinking, innovative hub of technology recruiters centered out of our HQ in Cardiff. As a proud Welshman who has grown up in South Wales, his goal was to launch a business that facilitates bright and exciting global career prospects for people in Wales.
Being nominated as Young Business Person of the Year at the Cardiff Business Awards is fantastic recognition of this.

Our growth plans that take us through to 2024 include the launch of new offices based in Zurich and New York. In our second year of business (2021) we launched our Barcelona HQ which we use regularly due to a high demand from our clients based in Spain. Following a flurry of work in the Netherlands, we also have an official Netherlands address too.
Due to these international office plans, Conexus DX is quickly becoming an employer of choice in Wales, and as a start-up business, we’ve benefited hugely from launching in our hometown of Cardiff. We're thrilled to be nominated as the International Business of the Year in Cardiff and to continue to support global opportunities for Welsh talent.
