Conexus are exclusively partnered with a global pharmaceutical client, which is searching for a Supply Chain Cluster Head to be based in the Frankfurt region.
As a supply chain cluster head, you will lead the Regional Supply Network Planning team and oversee Site Supply Chain Heads, ensuring the supply chain performance of their Cluster and Site supply chain teams by adhering to achieve superior deliver performance through Global Supply Chain Target Operating Model, MRP2 work processes.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate the implementation and routine operation of Cluster Supply Review process
Collaborate with Global Supply Chain and Global Operations
Ensure the cross-fertilization of know-how within the organization
Lead effective change management and bi-directional information flow, education, training and driving business impact for the supply chain processes
Accountable for maximizing the usage of ERP systems (such as SAP/APO) at all Sites
Responsible for Cluster SC KPI reporting, root cause analysis and action planning to eliminate supply chain losses
Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
Responsible for the escalation of potential supply issues
This is a hybrid position (3 days on-site per week)
Must be fluent English, German is an advantage
