Conexus are working with a specialist supply chain consultancy looking for a Solution Architect for their Kinaxis RapidResponse team for their global projects.
Responsibilities;
( This role is can be remote across Europe)
- Participate in and lead customer workshops to understand requirements.
- Define the best solution to meet process requirements and design the RapidResponse implementation approach.
- Lead the technical implementation of the agreed solution design for the planning tool Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Design the architecture, the improvement and solution opportunities by means of smart intelligence.
- Translate the business solution into a functional specifications design with focus on the technical tool Kinaxis RapidResponse
- Guide and educate colleagues and clients on opportunities and limitations of data-driven methods in RapidResponse.
Requirements;
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Comprehensive experience with the Advanced Planning System of Kinaxis RapidResponse.
- Knowledge of best practice implementation approaches.
- Experience in multiple RapidResponse implementations.
- Experience in the fields of data integration and supply chain management.
- High level IT knowledge and technical understanding.
- Good understanding of pain points in supply chain processes of customers and ability to transfer theoretical know-how into practical solutions.
- Know-how and experience in RapidResponse machine learning-based algorithms to enhance the clients' e2e solution.
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, BigPicture) is considered a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and a flexible personality that enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
- Hands-on mentality and structured way of working with a high analytical problem-solving competence and focus on customer satisfaction
