SAP Quality Management Consultant (S/4HANA) - Onsite (Tunis)

We are supporting the search for an experienced SAP QM Consultant to join a major transformation programme based in Tunis. This is a hands-on delivery role within a structured SAP environment, working closely with cross-functional teams across manufacturing and supply chain.

Role overview

You'll take ownership of SAP Quality Management activities across implementation and support phases, working independently to deliver configuration, testing, and solution design. The role sits within a wider S/4HANA programme, with strong integration across Production Planning, Plant Maintenance, and Materials Management.

This is a fully onsite role for the first 6 months, offering strong exposure to end-to-end SAP delivery in a complex environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver SAP QM configuration and functional support across project lifecycles
  • Work on S/4HANA implementation activities including design, build, and testing
  • Support integration with PP, PM, and MM modules
  • Participate in fit-gap analysis, solution design, and system configuration
  • Support testing cycles including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions
  • Contribute to data validation and go-live activities
  • Lead or support junior consultants where applicable

Requirements

  • 3+ years' hands-on SAP QM experience
  • Proven experience on SAP implementation projects (not just support)
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
  • Strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Good understanding of PP, PM, and MM integration points
  • Any team lead or coordination experience would be beneficial
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working onsite full-time in Tunis for at least 6 months
