SAP FICO Consultant (S/4HANA) - Onsite (Tunis)
We are currently supporting the search for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join a major S/4HANA programme based in Tunis. This is a hands-on delivery role within a fast-paced transformation environment, working closely with wider finance and SAP teams.
Role overview
You will be responsible for delivering SAP Finance (FI/CO) activities across implementation projects, including configuration, solution design, and end-to-end delivery support. The role requires strong independence in execution, with the ability to take ownership of workstreams and deliver to deadlines.
This is a fully onsite role for a minimum of the first 6 months.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver SAP FICO configuration and functional support across implementation phases
- Work on S/4HANA finance processes including design, build, and testing
- Support integration with wider SAP modules and finance processes
- Participate in fit-gap analysis and solution design discussions
- Support testing cycles (unit testing, integration testing, UAT)
- Assist with data validation and go-live activities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions
- Support or lead junior consultants where applicable
Requirements
- 3+ years' hands-on SAP FICO experience
- Proven experience working on SAP implementation projects
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Broad finance knowledge and understanding of end-to-end finance processes
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
- Any team lead or coordination experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English
- Willingness to work onsite in Tunis full-time for at least 6 months
