Freelance SAP Integration Developer
India (Remote) | CET Time Zone Overlap Required
Leading Global Healthcare Client
We are supporting a global healthcare organisation in securing an experienced SAP Integration Consultant for a freelance contract engagement.
This role is India-based with required daily overlap with CET stakeholders.
The Role
You will contribute to enterprise integration initiatives, delivering high-quality, reliable integrations aligned to established architecture and governance standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Design, development and maintenance of integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite and Informatica IICS
* Delivery of low-to-medium complexity integration solutions
* Troubleshooting, stabilisation and optimisation of existing integrations
* Supporting refactoring, cleanup and enhancement initiatives
* Producing and maintaining clear technical documentation
* Participating in integration design discussions and technical assessments
* Collaborating closely with onshore CET stakeholders
Deliverables will vary depending on programme needs but must align with enterprise quality standards.
Key Skills & Experience
* 5+ years' experience in enterprise integration
* Proven involvement in at least three full lifecycle integration projects
* Strong hands-on expertise with SAP BTP Integration Suite and Informatica IICS
* Strong understanding of APIs, middleware and integration patterns
* Experience working within governance frameworks and quality gates
* Background in large, enterprise integration environments
Profile
* Mid-Senior level (autonomous and hands-on, not purely strategic)
* Comfortable balancing development, documentation, stabilisation and exploratory work
* Strong ownership mindset and accountability
* Experience working within offshore/onshore distributed teams
* Business-oriented approach, understanding impact beyond technical implementation
* Able to adapt working hours to ensure CET overlap
