Job description
Conexus is partnered with a Consultancy who is looking for a GCP Network / Infrastructure Engineering professional to join their team on an initial 3 month initial contract with probable extensions due to it being a long term project.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, implement and test various network-related public cloud services
- Document work results in Jira / Confluence
- Work in an agile Scrum environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in configuring / implementing network services on GCP
- Good knowledge with Services like: GCP Shared VPC, GCP Partner Interconnect, IPSEC
- Experience with networking in hybrid clouds
- Proven experience in mastering network protocols (e.g. BGP, DNS)
- Proven experience with cloud security
- Experience with TLS/DNS in a K8s context
- Good knowledge in one of those Programming Languages: Python, Go, Shell scripting
- Very good skills in using Terraform to automatically provision network infrastructure
- Excellent skills in debugging network related Problems
- Experience working in an agile environment
