Role Overview:
As an AWS/Azure Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in implementing cloud solutions and mentoring a team of 10 engineers. Your expertise in AWS and Azure will drive successful data implementations, and your leadership skills will empower junior engineers to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead AWS/Azure cloud implementations.
- Mentor and guide a team of 10 engineers.
- Engage with stakeholders and upskill key users.
- Utilize your strong knowledge of Python, SQL, PySpark, and DataBricks.
- Deliver 2+ full life cycle data implementations within AWS/Azure.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in cloud environments, with deep expertise in AWS and Azure.
- Proven track record of successful data implementations in AWS/Azure.
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
- Experience with DataBricks is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
