3PL SAP Technical Integration Manager
Leading Global FMCG Organisation

We are partnering with a leading global FMCG organisation to appoint a 3PL SAP Technical Integration Manager to support a complex, multi-country transformation programme. This is a high-impact role sitting at the heart of global logistics and technology integration, with significant visibility across senior stakeholders and external partners.

The Opportunity

As 3PL SAP Technical Integration Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end 3PL integration across multiple countries, ensuring consistent methodology, governance and technical excellence across the programme.

You will define and industrialise integration standards, build scalable frameworks, and develop a robust 3PL integration toolkit to support global deployment. Working closely with global and local teams, external logistics partners and technical integration/middleware teams, you will ensure seamless connectivity across systems and supply chain partners.

This role requires strong expertise across SAP APIs, SAP SD and S/4HANA integration patterns, alongside experience integrating warehouse and logistics platforms such as SAP WMS within complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end 3PL integrations across multiple countries within a global programme

  • Define and implement integration methodology, standards and repeatable processes

  • Develop and document a comprehensive 3PL integration toolkit

  • Coordinate cross-functional global and local teams, 3PL partners and technical integration teams

  • Oversee SAP API, SAP WMS and S/4HANA integration activities

  • Ensure compliance with GS1 standards and best-practice EDI/data flow design

Required Experience

  • Proven track record delivering 3PL integrations in multi-country environments

  • Strong expertise in SAP APIs, SAP SD and S/4HANA integration patterns

  • Solid understanding of GS1 and EDI standards

  • Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills across technical and business teams

  • Spanish language skills preferred
