Richard joined Conexus in 2021 to assist with the accelerated growth of the business and its global offering. As well as regional growth, Richard also advises Conexus on headcount expansion plans.
Having previously co-founded and grown an international Life Sciences recruitment firm, Richard is a strategic advisor to Conexus on the globalisation of the business, providing guidance to help shape the company as well as offering support to the team with day-to-day operations.
